Blogging: 1 year Anniversary

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of this bass blog ‘Tuned in 4ths’ aptly named for the intervals of tuning on the doublebass (as compared with 5ths on the violin, viola, and ‘cello).  This past year has been a great year and a year of firsts for me in launching this blog and talking about everything from early music to teaching to humor to concerts to jazz and to many YouTube videos I feel worthwhile to post.  This is the 150th post on this site and I feel happy to have reached this point, although I did not have a specific goal in mind other than to have fun and spread some of my humble knowledge and experience on the doublebass.  I look forward to what the 2nd year holds and that my small audience enjoys the various posts.
