Family time abounds and new bass bow!

This summer for some reason has really been busy over the last week or so (hence the lack of blog posts).  It seems that for my family, we are using this time as an opportunity to child-proof some parts of our apartment for our 7 month son who is crawling all over the place now, and to get some important things taken care of this summer such as organizing important documents and planning for the future.   On a musical note, last week I purchased a new bass bow, which I’m really excited about!!  It’s a spectacular bow, responds very well to different strokes, and sustains better than my old bow, yet is a little shorter in length.  Can’t wait to try it in an orchestra setting!
