Mozart’s Concert Aria “Per Questa Bella Mano”

To my knowledge, this is one of the few (possibly only) pieces that Mozart wrote for solo doublebass.  “Per Questa Bella Mano” is a stand-alone concert aria for bass voice with obbligato doublebass solo.  This performance features bassist Edicson Ruiz as the soloist, using what looks like Viennese tuning.  Still with the advantage of using the historical tuning, Mr. Ruiz is all over the fingerboard just demonstrating some fantastic playing bass playing!
